A sweet and smoky margarita with a hint of fresh rosemary and a fruity apricot finish.

Ingredients

  • 1.5oz Tequila
  • 3/4oz Maple Syrup
  • 1/2oz Maraschino Liqueur
  • 3/4oz Lime juice
  • 1/2oz Apricot Liqueur
  • 1 Rosemary sprig

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Optional: Top with a splash of club soda. Garnish with a lime wheel and rosemary sprig.
