This bright and refreshing cocktail has a light sweetness and a zesty finish. It's the perfect balance of tart and sweet.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Tequila
  • 1 oz Campari
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 sugar cube Cane Sugar Cube
  • Optional Egg White
  • Top with Club Soda

Instructions

  • In a shaker, combine the tequila, Campari, lemon juice and sugar cube. Shake with ice and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Top with club soda and stir gently. Add egg white if desired.
