Classic Coconut Caress, as I like to call it, is a homage to our rich cocktail heritage. The delicate notes of tequila blanco are beautifully complemented by the subtle sweetness of coconut cream-infused simple syrup and an exotic twist from young Thai coconut shavings. It's a nod to the tradition, with each ingredient chosen for its ability to blend harmoniously in this timeless classic.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Fresh Tequila Blanco
  • 1/2 oz Coconut Cream Infused Simple Syrup
  • 1 tbsp Peeled Young Thai Coconut Shavings
  • 4 leaves for garnish Mint Leaf

Instructions

  • In a shaker, combine tequila blanco and coconut cream infused simple syrup.
  • Add crushed young Thai coconut to the mix. Shake well with ice until chilled.
  • Strain into a classic coupe glass over fresh ice.
  • Garnish with mint leaf.
