Our 'Coconut Sunrise Surprise' is a refreshing tropical twist on a classic rum punch. The sweet, subtle honey syrup perfectly balances the vibrant lime juice and robust coconut water, creating an invigorating start to your day. The addition of toasted shredded coconut adds both texture and flavor, offering a delightful crunch with each sip.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 2 oz white rum
  • 1/4 cup (1/2 cup warm water + 1/2 cup honey, stirred and strained) honey syrup
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut (toasted)

Instructions

  • In a shaker, combine the coconut water, rum, honey syrup, and lime juice.
  • Shake well until combined and chilled.
  • Strain into an ice-filled glass.
  • Top with toasted shredded coconut for garnish.
