This is Jessie's twist on a Cosmopolitan. I’ve infused mint and citrus to bring out the vibrancy of coconut milk, all while keeping it bubbly and fun.

Ingredients

  • 1.67oz Tropical Mint Infusion (50ml)
  • 2oz Pink Grapefruit Juice (3 oz)
  • 0.75oz Vodka Citrus Burst (2 oz)
  • 1.33oz Coconut Milk Syrup
  • Optional Lime Wedge (garnish)

Instructions

  • Combine the Tropical Mint Infusion, Pink Grapefruit Juice and Vodka Citrus Burst in a shaker.
  • Add Coconut Milk Syrup to the mixture while continuously shaking for 30 seconds on ice.
  • Strain into a chilled coupe glass filled with crushed ice.
