This fiery drink combines the sweetness of the sugar cube with the spice of the chili to create a unique flavor that is sure to tantalize the taste buds.

Ingredients

  • 2oz Tequila
  • 1 cube Cane Sugar Cube
  • 1oz Licor43
  • 1/4 tsp Chili
  • 2oz Water/Tea

Instructions

  • Muddle the sugar cube in a rocks glass. Add tequila, Licor43, chili and water. Stir and garnish with a chili pepper.

Jessie Marlowe's Variation

Ingredients

  • 2oz Tequila
  • 1oz Licor43
  • 1/4 tsp Fresh Jalapeño Slice
  • 2oz Butterfly Pea Tea, chilled
  • 1 tbsp Chili-Infused Agave Syrup
  • Spritz of Lime Juice
  • Garnish: Jalapeño Slice or Lime Peel

Instructions

  • Muddle a slice of fresh jalapeño and the chili-infused agave syrup in a rocks glass.
  • Add tequila and Licor43 to the glass.
  • Pour in 2oz of chilled butterfly pea tea, and watch the magic happen as the color transforms.
  • Stir gently to combine all the flavors.
  • Garnish with a spritz of lime juice and a jalapeño slice or a twist of lime peel for that extra flair.

Mike Donovan's Variation

Ingredients

  • 2oz Tequila
  • 1/2 Cane Sugar Cube
  • 1oz Licor43
  • 1/8 tsp Chili
  • 2oz Sparkling Water

Instructions

  • In a rocks glass, gently crush the sugar cube with a muddler.
  • Pour in the tequila and Licor43, and add a pinch of chili.
  • Top with sparkling water, give it a gentle stir to mix the flavors.
  • Garnish with a small chili pepper or a lime wheel for a bit of flair.
