A refreshing fusion of citrusy and floral notes. The Gin-Ginsational Fizz is perfect for warm evenings or as a palate cleanser between meals.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Gin
  • 0.5 oz Lemon juice
  • 0.25 oz Simple syrup
  • 0.25 oz Elderflower liqueur
  • 4 oz Sparkling water

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Add gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and elderflower liqueur.
  • Shake until chilled.
  • Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.
  • Top with sparkling water.
