Ginny's Garden is my take on a refreshing summer sipper. The cucumber and elderflower liqueur bring a subtle floral note, while the gin and lemon juice provide a crisp foundation. It's like sipping a garden party in a glass.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Gin
  • 3/4 oz Lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz Simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz Elderflower liqueur
  • for garnish Cucumber slice

Instructions

  • Muddle the cucumber slice in the simple syrup for a few seconds.
  • Add gin, lemon juice, and elderflower liqueur to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  • Shake vigorously for about 10-12 seconds.
  • Strain into a chilled coupe or Nick & Nora glass.
