Here's your 'Ignite Inferno Fizz', folks. Picture this - you're taking that first sip and, bam! A spark of fire dances before your eyes – but no fear, it's all smoke and mirrors. The real showstopper? A zesty tanginess with a fiery kick from the chili powder hidden under the ice. Just like life in my favorite dive bar - never too complicated, yet always full of surprises.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Blue Curacao
  • 1/2 oz Lemon juice
  • 1/4 oz Simple syrup
  • 3-4 oz Soda water
  • a pinch Chili powder

Instructions

  • Combine Blue Curacao, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker filled with ice.
  • Shake until well-mixed and strain into a glass over freshly cracked ice.
  • Top the drink with soda water for effervescence.
