Ah, the Island Oasis - my go-to drink when I'm feelin' like a beach bum on a hot summer day. The Appletone Estate rum gives it that smooth, laid-back vibe, while the lime and ginger liqueur add a nice zing to keep things interesting. And let's be real, who doesn't love a good ol' fashioned mint sprig garnish? It's like sippin' on a tropical vacation, right in your own backyard!

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Appleton Estate Jamaican Rum
  • 3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz Ginger Liqueur
  • Handful Mint Leaves

Instructions

  • Fill a shaker with ice.
  • Add rum, lime juice, and ginger liqueur. Shake for 15 seconds.
  • Strain into a chilled glass filled with crushed ice.
  • Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
