Escape to a tropical paradise with the Island Oasis. This refreshing cocktail combines the warm spices of dark rum with the bright, citrusy flavors of lime and pineapple. The spicy kick from the ginger beer will leave you feeling like you're sipping on a Caribbean beach.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Dark Rum
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • 4 oz Ginger Beer
  • Mint Sprig

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Add the dark rum, lime juice, pineapple juice, and simple syrup.
  • Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to combine and chill the ingredients.
  • Strain the mixture into a Collins glass filled with ice.
  • Top with ginger beer and garnish with a mint sprig.
