Luna's Ember is my ode to the mysterious night. The smoky hint from the salt and the sweetness of the honey bring out the bold, fruity flavors in this tequila-based cocktail. It's a drink that'll keep you company on those late-night adventures when the city comes alive.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Tequila Blanco
  • 1 oz Pomegranate juice
  • 0.5 oz Grapefruit juice
  • 0.25 oz Lime juice
  • 0.5 oz Honey syrup (1:1)
  • pinch Smoked salt

Instructions

  • Shake tequila, pomegranate juice, grapefruit juice, and lime juice with ice.
  • Strain into a salt-rimmed glass filled with ice.
  • Add honey syrup and smoked salt.
