Imagine standing on a golden beach as you sip this cocktail. The Velvet Reserve Bourbon is slow to awaken, mingling with the sweet, succulent richness of freshly pureed mangoes and the bright zest of lime juice - all bound together by Curaçao's vibrant citrus notes.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Velvet Reserve Bourbon, aged 8 years
  • 1.5 oz Fresh mango puree, strained
  • 0.5 oz Curaçao liqueur, 7-year aged
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 0.25 oz Agave nectar

Instructions

  • In a shaker tin, combine mango puree, lime juice, and agave nectar.
  • Fill the tin with ice cubes and add bourbon.
  • Shake until well-chilled.
