Jessie's Mango Symphony in the Sunset Glass is where every element of this cocktail exists to create an experience rather than just taste. The fresh mango puree introduces a sweetness and tropical essence that pairs perfectly with the pineapple rum, while the passion fruit syrup adds a tangy kick and vibrant color reminiscent of sunrise skies over Hawaii.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Fresh mango puree
  • 2 oz Pineapple rum (flavored)
  • 1 tbsp Passion fruit syrup
  • 3/4 oz Lime juice
  • 2-3 oz Soda water

Instructions

  • In a shaker, combine the mango puree, pineapple rum, and passion fruit syrup.
  • Add lime juice to enhance the citrus notes and balance the sweetness.
  • Shake well with ice until thoroughly chilled.
  • Strain into a glass filled with crushed ice.
