The 'Pineapple Passion Splash' is an exotic twist on the classic Pina Colada. Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (approximately one mango) Mango Puree
  • 3 tablespoons Passion Fruit Syrup
  • 1 1/2 oz (approximately half a cup) Pineapple Juice
  • 1.5 oz White Rum
  • 3/4 oz Lime Juice

Instructions

  • Blend the mango puree until smooth.
  • In a cocktail shaker, combine passion fruit syrup, pineapple juice, lime juice, and rum.
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill the mixture.
