This refreshing cocktail has a sweet and tart taste, with notes of brandy and orange that make it perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2oz Brandy
  • 1 Cane Sugar Cube
  • 1/2oz Creme de Casis
  • 1/2 Orange
  • 4oz Club Soda
  • 1 Egg White

Instructions

  • Fill a shaker with ice. Add brandy, creme de cassis, and sugar cube. Squeeze orange juice into the shaker. Shake until sugar cube is dissolved. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with club soda. If desired, carefully float egg white on top of drink. Garnish with orange peel.
