Join me on a tropical escape where sweetness meets the smoky depths of aged rum. The bright zestiness of lime and pineapple juice creates an irresistible balance, while simple syrup adds just enough sweetness to round out this Rum Rendezvous.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
  • 1.5 oz Dark Rum
  • 0.75 oz Lime Juice
  • 0.5 oz Simple Syrup

Instructions

  • Muddle lime juice and simple syrup in a shaker.
  • Add pineapple juice, dark rum, and ice to the shaker.
  • Shake well until thoroughly chilled.
  • Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
