A tropical escape in a glass, the Rum Rhapsody combines the rich flavors of dark rum and coconut cream with the brightness of fresh lime juice and the subtle tartness of grenadine. The perfect sipper for warm evenings or island getaways.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Dark Rum
  • 1/2 oz Coconut Cream
  • 3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/4 oz Grenadine Syrup
  • 2-3 oz Splash of Ginger Beer

Instructions

  • Shake all ingredients except ginger beer with ice. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a lime wedge.
