As the sun sets over the horizon, the Saffron Sunset is the perfect accompaniment to your evening. The spicy warmth of ginger liqueur and vodka is tempered by the sweetness of pomegranate juice and the subtle earthiness of saffron. A hint of citrus from lemon juice adds brightness, while a splash of sparkling water gives the drink its signature fizz.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Vodka
  • 3/4 oz Pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 oz Lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz Ginger liqueur
  • 1/2 oz Saffron-infused simple syrup
  • 3 oz Sparkling water

Instructions

  • Shake all ingredients except sparkling water with ice.
  • Strain into a chilled glass filled with ice.
  • Top with sparkling water and garnish with a slice of lemon.
