Smokey's Sweet Surrender is all about embracing that smooth whiskey flavor while adding a touch of warmth from ginger and a hint of sweetness from honey. It's like sipping on a warm summer evening, minus the sweat.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Whiskey
  • 1/2 oz Ginger liqueur
  • .5 oz Lime juice
  • .25 oz Honey syrup (1:1 honey and water)
  • Top off Sparkling water

Instructions

  • Combine whiskey, ginger liqueur, lime juice, and honey syrup in a shaker filled with ice. Shake until chilled.
  • Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top off with sparkling water.
