This Summer's Secret Garden Punch brings the vibrancy of summer to your palate. Sunrise Puree introduces a delicate balance between sweet peaches and tart berries. Classic bourbon is complemented by the infusion of chili for an unforgettable twist on this timeless cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Lemon-Mint Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Cucumber Juice
  • 3/4 cup Sunrise Puree (fresh peach and berry blend)
  • 2 tablespoons Chili-Infused Simple Syrup
  • 1.5 oz Bourbon

Instructions

  • To prepare the Lemon-Mint Syrup, combine freshly squeezed juice from 2 lemons and 6 sprigs of mint in a saucepan with sugar to taste until dissolved. Simmer for 10 minutes, strain, and let cool.
  • For Cucumber Juice, peel one large cucumber, remove seeds, and juice the flesh using a citrus press or blender.
  • Mix fresh peaches, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries to create Sunrise Puree. Blend until smooth, strain if necessary.
  • To make Chili-Infused Simple Syrup, combine equal parts water and sugar in a saucepan with 1/4 teaspoon of chili flakes, bring to boil, simmer for 5 minutes, then cool and strain.
  • Mix all ingredients together in a shaker filled with ice, shake well, and double-strain into an Old Fashioned glass over crushed ice.
