Say hello to 'Sunburst Fizz with a Twist of Pepper Zest', where the sharpness of peppery notes dances with your taste buds in a summer symphony—no need for fuss, just good vibes and refreshing flavors.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Cucumber Vodka Syrup
  • 1 cup Summer Berry Infusion
  • 2 tbsp Mint Basil Simple Syrup
  • 3/4 cup Fresh Peach Puree
  • 1 tbsp Cornmeal Crunch (for garnish)

Instructions

  • To make Cucumber Vodka Syrup, blend cucumber slices with 2 cups of vodka and strain. Boil equal parts water and sugar until dissolved to create simple syrup; add the vodka mixture for a refreshing twist.
  • Infuse strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries in 1 cup of vodka overnight to make Summer Berry Infusion. Strain before use.
