Ah, the Sundowner's Sour. A drink that's as chill as a Sunday afternoon. The brandy brings some sophistication, while the grapefruit and honey syrup add a touch of sweetness. The lemon juice gives it a nice zip, and the egg white? That's just for kicks, man. This one's perfect for sippin' on the porch while watchin' the sun go down.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Brandy
  • 1 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
  • 0.5 oz Honey Syrup (1:1)
  • 0.25 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 Egg White

Instructions

  • Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a coupe glass.
  • Garnish with a slice of grapefruit, if you're feelin' fancy.
