Sunny Disposition is a refreshing twist on the classic Gin Fizz. The honey syrup adds a touch of sweetness without overpowering the botanicals, while the cucumber and mint leaves bring a bright, herbaceous flavor. Perfect for sipping on a warm afternoon.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Gin
  • 3/4 oz Lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz Honey syrup (1:1)
  • thin slice Cucumber
  • a few sprigs Mint leaves

Instructions

  • Combine gin, lemon juice, and honey syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  • Add cucumber and mint leaves to the shaker and muddle gently.
  • Shake until chilled, then strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.
  • Garnish with a thin slice of cucumber and a sprig of mint.
