Imagine strolling down the boulevard on a warm summer evening. The sun is setting, casting a golden glow over the city. This drink captures that essence - sweet, refreshing, and slightly floral. The peach puree adds a velvety texture, while the lemon juice provides a touch of brightness. The honey syrup ties everything together with its subtle warmth. And let's not forget the cucumber slice and fresh mint leaves for garnish, adding a pop of color and freshness to this stunning cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Gin
  • 1/2 oz Peach puree
  • 3/4 oz Lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz Honey syrup (1:1 honey and water)
  • for garnish Cucumber slice
  • for garnish Fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  • Combine gin, peach puree, lemon juice, and honey syrup in a shaker filled with ice.
  • Shake until chilled, about 15-20 seconds.
  • Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.
  • Garnish with a cucumber slice and fresh mint leaves.
