Say hello to 'Sunset Splash', my beach buddy. It's as easy to make as it is to enjoy on a sunny day, and boy does it pack a tropical punch! This laid-back concoction takes you straight to the shores with its sweet pineapple kick, zesty lime twist, and smooth white rum. Trust me, my friends; this drink's got more personality than your average beach volleyball game.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz White Rum
  • 1.5 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 0.75 oz Lime Juice
  • 0.5 oz Agave Syrup
  • 6 cubes Ice Cubes

Instructions

  • In a shaker, combine white rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, and agave syrup.
  • Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously until well-chilled.
  • Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass.
