The Guardian's Gaze cocktail is inspired by the Void subclass in Destiny 2, representing the mysterious and ominous nature of the Void. The dark blue hue from the Blue Curacao signifies the void, while the sting of the tequila represents the power of the guardian as they wield their light against the darkness. The Sparkling Wine on top symbolizes hope, as the guardians strive to protect humanity and bring light into the darkness.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Tequila
  • 1 oz Blue Curacao
  • 0.5 oz Lime Juice
  • 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
  • 0.25 oz Maraschino Cherry Liqueur
  • Top Off Sparkling Wine

Instructions

  • Combine Tequila, Blue Curacao, Lime Juice, Simple Syrup, and Maraschino Cherry Liqueur in a shaker with ice.
  • Shake well until chilled.
  • Strain into a Champagne Flute
  • Top off with Sparkling Wine.
