The rum barrel aged adds depth and complexity, while the passionfruit puree provides a sweet and tangy surprise. Ingredients

  • 2 oz Rum Barrel Aged
  • 1 oz Passionfruit Puree
  • 0.5 oz Grenadine Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 4 oz Sparkling Water

Instructions

  • Shake the rum, passionfruit puree, grenadine, and lime juice with ice until chilled.
  • Strain into a tall glass filled with ice.
