The Tropical Techno Tequila captures the essence of a summer beach party, combining the smoothness of Agave Blanco tequila with tropical fruit purees to create a refreshing and lively cocktail. The addition of Blue Curacao liqueur adds a touch of bright color reminiscent of ocean water at sunset, while the cucumber slice garnish brings an element of crispness that complements the tangy citrus flavors.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Agave Blanco tequila
  • 1/2 cup Mango puree
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • 3/4 oz Raspberry syrup
  • 1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
  • for garnish Cucumber slice

Instructions

  • Pour the Agave Blanco tequila into a shaker filled with ice.
  • Add mango puree, lime juice and raspberry syrup to the shaker.
  • Shake until well combined and chilled.
  • Strain mixture into an ice-filled glass (preferably a hurricane or highball glass).
  • Top off with Blue Curacao liqueur for a pop of color and vibrant flavor.
  • Garnish with cucumber slice.
