Hey there, mixology enthusiasts! Today I'm whipping up a cocktail that pays homage to our beautiful flag. The Unified Colors Cocktail is an explosion in a glass - starting with a deep red layer of Pomegranate Sangria Mix, transitioning through a sparkling white grape syrup and ending on the crisp blue frontier courtesy of Blue Curacao Extract. Each sip takes you on a journey across our nation's vibrant spirit!

Ingredients

  • 2oz Red Sangria Mix (using pomegranate juice)
  • 1oz Sparkling White Grape Juice Syrup (using grape syrup)
  • 0.5oz Blue Curacao Extract

Instructions

  • Firstly, prepare the Red Sangria Mix by combining pomegranate juice with sparkling water and a hint of lime.
  • Next, create Sparkling White Grape Juice Syrup using grape syrup dissolved in white wine. Chill it well before use.
  • Then carefully layer the Blue Curacao Extract over the back of a spoon to form the blue layer at the bottom of your glass.
